My gift is being able to see where you are coming from: Your ego mind or your true Self.
I detect the erroneous thoughts, beliefs and assumptions you hold onto that cause you to feel stuck, anxious or hurt and keep you imprisoned in your little me.
My intention for you is to free yourself from these assumptions by becoming aware of what you are doing and then shifting out of your mind back into your true being.
As a result, you are living more often from your radiant, all-loving Soul, who simply wants to shine the Light of your UNIQUENESS.
Feeling truly loved and at Peace arises from being identified with your HEART and Soul.
This means that you are living from your authentic self, who ONLY follows what feels good and chooses what she loves to experience.
I wish to offer you the opportunity to do exactly that by learning to move out of your ego mind back to your Heart.
Rediscover Your Radiance
This three-month program is a 1:1 highly supportive, personally tailored self-empowerment journey to help you be your authentic, true, radiant Self.
We usually meet once a week online, or you can come to my home. During our time together, you will:
-get to understand your two selves much better, so you can consciously choose who you want to be
-learn to understand that you can transmute unconscious programs with your powerful Presence
- become more aware and present to what is there in this moment
- learn how to deal with emotional triggers using my 3 steps
-practice being and so much more.
When you KNOW who you truly are, it becomes much easier to let go of negative thinking, stay focused on your Heart, and begin to love and nurture yourself unconditionally.
You will also gain spiritual wisdom and insights to help you navigate your life with more ease and joy by living more from your all-embracing inner LOVE.

My Rediscover Your Radiance Self-Empowerment journey is for heart-centred women who have already done lots of healing work and know that they are a Soul in a human body.
They want to improve their self-esteem by embracing all of themselves and clearing the beliefs that are still hindering them from truly feeling confident, loved, and accepted as they are.
They know that they have given their power to other people and want help with freeing themselves from outside influences.
They are looking for unconditionally loving 1:1 support and are ready to invest in becoming emotionally empowered, more aware and present to finally feel free to be themselves.
They want to live from their True Selves no matter what.

We will start with an introductory session where we will compare notes to make sure we are on the same page. For this session, I like to allow all the time it takes to create a nice connection and understanding of how we think and look at the world.
Then we will meet every week 1-2 times depending on what you prefer.
