Carolina works as a Self-Empowerment and Higher Self mentor and intuitive spiritual guide.  You must read the following and only proceed with any of her services if you agree to the terms and conditions laid out here.

All services are for guidance only. They DO NOT replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal services.

The services provided by this website accept no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation.

​

Carolina reserves the right to terminate any of her services at any time if:

• She feels that a connection with a client has not been achieved.

• She feels that the client is mentally or psychologically not responding positively, and to carry on may not be beneficial for the client.

• If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.

No more fees will need to be paid after a termination, if the client pays instalments, and a refund is given for the time that

will no longer be used if a full payment was used.

All information shared by Carolina is given on the understanding that only the client can know what is right for them.

The client must only accept what feels right for them.

The client will take full responsibility for the outcomes, being of sound mind, and for accepting or not accepting any guidance given.

All information is given for the client to use as they choose, using their own free will.​

​

If you are under any medical treatment for psychiatric problems or mental health, I cannot offer you my services.

Payment

​

Once you have made your payment, you have committed to your self-empowerment journey and are responsible for showing up and doing the work that is necessary to experience inner shifts. Only you can change yourself; nobody can do it for you.

​

There will be no refund given once we have completed a session, unless you are unable to use the art of allowing and follow the guidance given, because you are, for example, too attached to the mind.

​

If you miss your allocated time slot, Carolina reserves the right to refuse a refund.

 

If Carolina cancels a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the session or a full refund if we cannot find a new time slot.
