If you are totally honest, do you feel you are not having what you would like to have in life?
Are you feeling depleted, always giving to others, being there for them, bending over backwards and even though you are doing so much giving, you don't get anything or enough back?
Even if you are in your dream career, you might have times when you are feeling 'I need to go away, tank up, fill up my cup, relax and let go', do you?
My question for you is "How come you feel this way? How come you are in need to fill your cup?"

Now you might have some feelings of exhaustion, boredom, tiredness, overwhelm to report of.
Those feelings might be based on thoughts 'I never get enough time to do what I enjoy. I feel so unfulfilled. I can't wait to go home. I am not enjoying this.....'
Great, you are going deeper and are getting to the real reason why you feel you need to fill up your cup.
When we don't truly love what we are doing every minute of the day and experience joy, we will feel depleted in some way. Period.
HERE ARE A FEW REASONS WHY YOU MIGHT FEEL DEPLETED:
It might be that there is one aspect in your life that you don't enjoy.
There is an activity that you really love doing but you don't do it or not enough.
You do not have a balanced work/play relationship going on.
You are denying yourself the joy that you need so much due to a belief you think is true.
You are listening to others, doing what they do.
You put yourself last, making yourself unimportant.
There are many ways you criticise yourself and don't honour yourself.
All these reasons are based on you not practising self love. When you don't practise self love, you are not in alignment with who you truly are, therefore you feel depleted, you feel you need to tank up.
SELF LOVE nourishes you, it fulfils you, it makes you feel content.
Every action, every thought, every feeling you have contributes to feeling fully nourished or not.
And the sooner you can correct what you are lacking, the sooner you move back into alignment with who you truly are.
